jdbc 드라이버는 4가지 타입이 있는데 그중 type 4 가 pure java로 구현한 드라이버 타입입니다.
현재 에러메세지를 보니 타입2인 native client 라이브러리을 wrapping 한 드라이버를 사용한 듯 싶습니다.
이 경우 클라이언트 라이브러리를 요구하게 됩니다.
